Turn AI potential into practical impact: build agents, automations and smart workflows, support teams hands-on, and scale successful AI use cases across etalytics.

Job description

Do you enjoy turning the potential of AI into practical solutions that make everyday work easier and more efficient? At etalytics, we develop AI-powered energy management solutions that help industrial companies reduce energy consumption, CO₂ emissions, and operating costs.

As an AI Enablement Specialist, you will help our internal teams adopt and apply AI in their daily work. Your focus will be hands-on implementation and support: setting up tools, building prompts, agents, and automations, testing solutions with users, and integrating successful use cases into existing workflows.

You will initially work closely with our Development Teams before expanding your support to other departments such as Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and People & Culture. This is a hands-on role — we are looking for someone who enjoys building solutions, supporting users, and turning ideas into working processes.

Tasks

  • Implement practical internal AI use cases together with our Development Teams and other departments

  • Build and improve prompts, AI agents, custom assistants, and automated workflows

  • Set up and integrate AI tools into existing processes and system environments

  • Support our Development Teams in using coding assistants and AI-supported development workflows effectively

  • Create prototypes, test them with users, collect feedback, and develop successful solutions further

  • Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for employees using AI tools and workflows

  • Create clear documentation, reusable templates, and practical best practices

  • Evaluate new AI tools based on their usability, value, cost, data protection, and information security

  • Collaborate with Engineering, IT, and external providers on more complex integrations

  • Track the usage, costs, and practical benefits of implemented use cases

Job requirements

Requirements

  • You bring a minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience, for example in AI enablement, automation, software development, technical consulting, IT, or a comparable role

  • You have already built custom assistants, AI agents, automations, or similar AI-supported workflows

  • A basic understanding of APIs, data flows, and software development helps you work effectively with technical teams

  • Experience with low-code/no-code automation platforms or basic scripting is a plus

  • You enjoy working directly with users, understanding their problems, and turning them into practical solutions

  • You can explain technical possibilities clearly to colleagues with different levels of technical experience

  • You work independently, pragmatically, and with a strong service mindset

  • Very good English skills, both written and spoken, are required; German language skills are a plus

Benefits:

Purpose-driven work: Support industrial companies in becoming more efficient and sustainable

Flexibility: Hybrid working with home office options and flexible working hours

Team spirit: A supportive, collaborative environment with plenty of room for exchange and cooperation

Community: Regular team events and shared activities

Work-life balance: 30 days of vacation plus a flexible, agile work culture

Well-being: Tax-free benefits card, subsidized local gym membership and the option of a job bike
